Great Western Trains Acting on an appeal against a statutory nuisance noise abatement notice. The appeal threw up a number of key issues and required close liaison with Department for Transport and Network Rail before the case was ultimately settled. Department for Work & Pensions We provided a ‘virtual secondee’ to support in handling business as usual data protection queries.
